    M1C4A3L's Fiat Seicento

    Post  M1C4A3L on Fri Mar 11, 2011 1:29 pm

I've had my Fiat Seicento for little under 2 months now. It's a 1.1 Sporting, and very tappety. It does get annoying..but I'm getting used to it! To be honest, you can barely even hear it now over my induction kit roar!

Anyway, I've done the following so far, and intend to do alot more:

-K&N induction kit (which i wish to replace with a Typhoon or Focus kit
    -Tinted Rear lights
    -Rear Abarth spoiler
    -Tinted side repeaters
    -Debadged rear
-JVC 10cm speakers replacing standard ones
-JBL 600w amp in boot powering a 12" Vibe sub
-Custom made LongLife exhaust with 3.5" circular tip

    Mine, and ShadowSei's cars:

I now have a custom built Long-Life exhaust (details and further pictures can be found here:

    http://www.talkcento.com/t33-performance-exhaust

I want to add that Ant (ShadowSei) did all the work for me @ PMC Accident Repair Center in Bedford. I would really recommend these guys!

Hi Mike, lovely looking Seicento, did you have any luck with locating some alloys?

    Well where do i begin....?

1)The fuel breather pipe (Thanks for sending that anyways)
So just got to get that fitted.

2)Got to replace the front bumper still after my mate mike reversed into my car in his ex misses car.

3)Replace the exhaust, as the tip and last hook has completley rusted off. (I have no gas in the welder for repairs).

4)Both headlight internals are smashed (The up/down adustment parts).

5)The clutch seems to be on its way out.

6)Replace the rear drum brakes and handbrake cables as there anncient and im sure have never been changed. Well they've never been changed since i've had the car. (3 years)

7)Handbrake Lever is way to loose.

    8)Crunching through every gear change.

    9)Replace gearbox as i can no longer go into 3rd which is overy annoying 1, 2, 4, 5 0-60mph in 29seconds. Sleep

    10)Dodgy n/s front indicator.

11)Radiator has a small hole but did a tempoary repair with that rad repair shit from halfords. lol! It still leaks slightly.

12)Engine management light keeps flashing on and off now and again though when i put it on the diagnostics, nothing showed up as faulty.

13)Rocker cover gasket keeps leaking no matter how many times i replace it.

14)Sunroof leaks non stop creating nasty black circles on both fron two seats. Argh! It looks gross!

15)And finally the whole bodykit needs to be re-attached/glued as the weather has taken its toll over the last year and the skirts are falling off from the top.

Well i think thats it but give it another week or so in this condition and im sure something else will break or go wrong.

Razz I will put up some pictures soon, just wanted to get the car looking nice again before taking them. There's a couple on FB in my albums some where. Razz

Well im only up the road from you.

Sunroof seal, is yours, although the "tabs " may just need tweaking. The headlights im taking those off as no one wants them yet.

The car itself may be getting scrapped soon to make some much needed space.

Has it got standard exhaust Steve? I have got one already but it is standard. Sucks but I needed to get one badly. Steve how much do you want for the two rear interior panels, one comes with the ash tray? (but they have to be the blackish grey ones).

Oh and they have to come with all the clips.

Infact if I give you a quick list of the little things for you to price up and I will do my best to get the money together and pay shortly.

    1) two rear interior panels.

    2) both front interior panels.

    3) both electric window switches (green or orange).

    4) the sunroof seal.

I will add more as soon as I can think of something. Razz
